The location is exceptional, right in the middle of the historic part of town. Our host Tino was so friendly and communicative, helping us out when we had delays and travel difficulties. The place was perfectly clean. Beds were huge and comfortable and the place is very spacious.

How clean and safe it was, host was very helpful and fast to respond to any questions! Would come back if i have a chance. Please come here if you're visiting Civitavecchia. It will be worth it!!!

The host was very warm and welcoming! He gave us great information regarding places to eat and how to get to the cruise terminal the next day. The space was beautiful and there were many thoughtful touches. There was food available so we could make breakfast and have snacks. There were toys for the kids to play with. Overall, it was a great stay!

Location, availability of host

It is brand new and located in the old town, minutes away from the train station and the free shuttle to the cruise terminal. We really enjoyed it.

Everyone was so helpful. We left some things behind and they gathered them up and we were able to collect them. I especially loved the terrace where we could sit out and drink coffee. It was a very relaxing stay.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again, we had a pleasant experience. The location is one of the biggest highlights—just a short walk from the train station and the city center, which made it incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile, which really added to the overall comfort of our stay. Our room was clean, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing visit. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. While not extravagant, it was quite decent, with a good variety of options to start the day off right. Overall, this hotel offers great value for the price, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the next time we’re in town.

The staff works very hard to meet your needs. For example: Transportation Nico helped with transportation arrangements for us when we completed our cruise and traveled to Rome.

Nice place to stay at Civitavecchia. The staff is really helpful and the place is comfortable. Clean rooms, excellent breakfast. You can walk easily from the port.

Amazing gem in Citavecchia. Super clean with very new amenities. Kettle in room. Breakfast was great. Heating and a/c in each room. And the staff were the best !!! Especially the really lovely woman in the morning. Thank you for an amazing stay.
