The rooms were very well oriented and clean, and we enjoyed our stay at this location.

The room&hotel were very nice and clean, lovely garden, very friendly and helpful staff, had dinner twice at the restaurant there and the food and service were very good. The bus to Venice is vis-a-vis the hotel(around 20min ride)

Amazing hotel! Simple but beautiful design, everything is modern and sparkling clean. The room was pretty spacious, very good value for the price!

Nice location for visiting Venice. Great pool. Friendly staff and not overly crowded. We rented a "mobile home". The Stove, AC and fridge worked great for our stay. Only one washing machine though so you may need to wait in line.

We had an amazing stay at this property and it was easy to communicate with the host. Even though the place is called tiny loft, the accommodation is actually very spacious, modern and comfortable. There is a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, bathroom and the host was so wonderful and left us drinks and snacks as a welcome gift. Highly recommend!

The apartment was very clean and located in a quiet area, close to the train station. It is also near a bus stop that provides easy access to Venice.

Modern and tastefully decorated apartment with fancy appliances! Really nice. Five minutes walking distance to bus stand. Frequent service to Venice. Very friendly and helpful host. Enclosed parking garage for small cars. Bigger vehicles may be safely parked on the street just outside the apartment.

Everything! The store is very well equiped and the lady Gabriela that helps there is very kind. The staff in the lobby also solve everything i nedded and were educated, thanks for that. You have laundry machines, playgrounds for your kids...quite cozy this stay.

Everything was perfect. The room was clean. Breakfast is amazing. The staff is very attentive and friendly. They allowed us to let our luggage for an entire day after check-out (totally free).

The hotel is close to the mestre train station. You can go see the around of mestre, local shops etc. We made daily trips to inside of venice and returned back easily. The room was very spacious and clean. Has mini fridge and air conditioning. Staff was helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I liked everything except breakfast!

Marianna on the desk was wonderful. She stored our excess bags for a week while we went on a cruise, told us about the local markets (who doesn't live a market?) and was genuinely interested in our trip I would highly recommend this as a low cost, simple, well located hotel.

I liked how it was close to the bus stop, even though it wasn't in Venice itself. The staff was very friendly and very helpful throughout my whole stay.
