Nice location for visiting Venice. Great pool. Friendly staff and not overly crowded. We rented a "mobile home". The Stove, AC and fridge worked great for our stay. Only one washing machine though so you may need to wait in line.

The location is very good, near to the train station, with huge, clean and comfy rooms. The breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed it!

If you plan to stay in Mestre, honestly, I can say there’s no better place. Public transport is just a 2-minute walk away, there’s a very nice fruit and vegetable market right outside the window, and there are cafés in the building with a shopping center in front! It was the best experience, and if I plan another trip, I will definitely choose it again and recommend it to others.

The building is charming and well-located in a small courtyard, so it’s both central and quiet. There are only 3 rooms. The hosts are very kind and responsive. Breakfast is very nice, with delicious home-made baked goods. You are staying with family, and the hosts are friendly while being very considerate and leaving you plenty of personal space. Highly recommended.

We felt like we were in a museum was so beautiful. Very easy to get from the train station and then into Venice. The #2 is a 10 minute easy walk away and it goes right into Venice with no changes. I'm posting a picture of the "street" because we missed it at first. Host replied to all WhatsApp messages. We asked and was given permission to use the laundry which is in a locked closet in the apartment.

Large apartment with nice modern upgrades such as induction cooktop. Very unique windows, lighting & architectural features. Comfortable beds and linens. Great neighborhood palazzo with a large grocery store nearby, as well as restaurants. I highly recommend this apartment!

The place looked absolutely fantastic! Old fashioned but at the same time modern and beautifully decorated 😍 the location was perfect too! 2min shopping centre, 2 minutes bus to Venice. Ricky explained every detail where to find everything so it was so much easier to navigate ☺️ if you going for this place be ready to take out your trash because thats what landlord ask to do after staying

Excellent hotel on all fronts, the room was exactly as shown, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Great location and the whole stay felt effortless from check-in to check-out.

Superb location, just across the Venice Mestre station. Staff are friendly and easy to talk to should you have requests or concerns. Room is not too spacious but enough for single or double occupancy.

Excellent location near the bus and train station. Perfect for staying away from expensive area of Venice. There are also some good shops in the area, such as Spar. The hostel itself is very modern and fresh and even feels like a few levels above what hostels supposed to be. The rooms are beautifully designed and also very functional. There are showers as you would expect, but there is also a bidet which is quite uncommon I would say. There is an option to choose a separate bed, which I think is a superior option to bunk beds in my opinion, this is what I went with and would highly recommend ! The place is very quiet I am so surprised that I wasn't able to hear anyone during the night, it's like nobody was there. The only thing I could hear were trains coming through few times during the night, but it wasn't that loud. There is also a common area and shared kitchen and all of these were used quite extensively during my stay by the guests. Breakfast was not included, but I did try it (for 10 Eur) and I think it was a solid option, with plenty of protein choices, fruits, and excellent croissants ! Towels are also included and bed sheets were already set, this is such a great thing to have when you come late at night ! And they also have a washing area, that you can use to wash and dry your clothes. There is also a functioning ventilation system. While it's not air conditioning, during the hot days, the air coming through was cooler and since it was circulating during the night, it helped with having a better quality of sleep and not feeling so hot and sticky during the night without it.

Loved everything about this hotel. It is modern and very comfortable. The breakfast was great!! It is 5 min from Mestre Station ( taxi). The room has a mini fridge and they left bottled water for us everyday.

Location: If you would not insist on living in Venice islands, the location is very good. From the hotel you can easily go to the Venice islands by train, and there are just so many trains that you usually wait for 10-15 mins and there is one. Moreover, even it is close to the train station, it is still very cozy and safe nearby! - At least during our visit (in the middle of April). Facilities, staff, and so on: Worth the price! They are not extrordinary, but definitely satisfying for a 4-star hotel.
