CanadaThis place was an absolute gem.They were so quick to respond and try to help us while we were struggling to get to their place. We were 4 hours late and the host and her family still took the time to meet us at the flat. Just taking the time to meet the family made you feel so at home. The little personal touches, like the well stocked coffee bar and the little snacks left in the cupboard and fridge were well appreciated after the trying day we had.
We can’t say enough about the location. Within a 10 min walk of several grocery stores, bakeries and downtown restaurants. And a great place to be located to do day trips to Pisa, Lucca,Siena, Florence, and San Gimignano
I could go on and on about this place. Definitely highly recommended.

The room was very clean with very good air-conditioning, much needed during this time of the year. The hotel has a very nice lounging area next to the bar and a big restaurant too. The hotel offers an enjoyable swimming pool that we used during our stay.
Helpful and friendly staff.
Location of the hotel very convenient - quite close to the cafes and shops. Plenty of car parking facilities too nearby the hotel. Payment to be arranged with the hotel.

Everything!
The owner and his family are very nice, they gave us a lot of informationa what to do and where to go.
The hotel gave us an"ancient times" sansation, like we were in another time.
Very clean, near the terme and near the city centre and with a biiig free parking.
We had breakfast but we also ordered lunch severel times there.
It was delicios and cheap ( 11 euro pasta).
The pool is cleaned every morning.
Overall, it was a perfect accomodation.
