The private bathroom with seperate toilets and shower were a very valuable asset to the shared-dorm ! Everything was very clean and the lobby/bar is quite enjoyable to stay at or work from. Would definitely book there again. Lockers, friendly staff, nice design, everything one needs to feel good.

The location is superb - a two minute walk from the tram, I got out of the airport, into a tram and came straight to the hotel and probably walked a total of less than 5min out of the airport to the hotel. The location is super convenient, it's a good place to be if you need to take the train to either the Florence airport or from the Santa Maria train station to somewhere when you check out bc you can also leave your luggage with them at the front desk :) Service - staff at desk check in is amazing! I think one of the best experiences I've ever at in Italy at a hotel and I've stayed at many. Super welcoming, very accommodating, really friendly and all around very helpful. I personally made a hiccup in my itinerary and had to stay an extra night, and they helped me extend my stay for another night with ease. Thank you so much to Goli who helped me check in but went the extra mile to really feel welcome with my stay here! Rooms - rooms are petite as all rooms in Italy city centers are, but has everything you need and is clean. I stayed in a single bedroom with my giant luggage and felt like there was still enough space for me to be comfortable. I loved that there is a desk for anyone who needs to work out of the hotel room.
