check-in and check-out was very easy, staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was very spacious and comfortable!

Excellent location accessible directly from the train station. Spacious, clean, well appointed room . Excellent amenities and bath robe provided. Large bathroom with bathtub and fancy shower. The breakfast buffet had many choices from local specialties to western breakfast choices including freshly made onigiri. Great value for the reasonable price. Absolutely will come back !

The room is specious and clean. Location is great. Just few minute walk to JR and castle ruin. If got chance, I will stay there again

The hotel is in walking distance about 10-15 minutes from the JR train station and is located right by the Senshu Park, perfect for early morning or late evening walks. Supermarkets, restaurants and other shopping facilities are nearby as well. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything in the hotel was clean and in working order. The room was typical APA standard with a little desk, fridge, kettle, TV and a comfortable bed. Sound proofing was good and I enjoyed to stay here.

This hotel is one of the most hospitable hotels in all of Japan. Having travelled extensively, I can say that this hotel outshines the rest by the all means. An excellent spread of local cuisine at breakfast, a wide variety of tea/pastries during the tea time (when one needed tea especially because of the cold weather) and a jaw dropping dinner buffet with extraordinary staff. We had the best experience at the breakfast buffet mostly because of Jyo. Jyo spoke english and went above and beyond to accomodate the dietary needs of my child. She was always warm and extended her hand when we were struggling to plan our 'snowy' day. Thank you Jyo for all that you did for us. The staff at the reception is also very warm. Hospitality is crucial in the hotel industry because it transforms basic accommodation into memorable, positive experience, driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business, while also building strong brand reputation. Thank you for making our vacation memorable.

This was by far the best stay of our trip. The staff were so amazing and even upgraded our room! The hotel rooms were amazing, and the bathrooms were great as well. The beds were comfy, and I honestly had the best nights sleep of our trip at this location. We had breakfast one of the mornings and it was amazing! They even made sure to offer some of the local dishes on their breakfast buffet. The bakery inside the hotel was also reasonably priced and delicious!

i had double room which was great. plenty of space, comfortable bed, desk etc. well equipped kitchen and co-working space. clean bathrooms. its not in the middle of town, but its a short walk and there are plenty of shops in the neighborhood. guests in dorms commented that they were great as well.

The room is great, very large, tastefully and innovatively furnished. The shower is great, as is the kitchen. The quality of the towels is excellent. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets are of a high standard. The room is very well-appointed and beautiful.

This hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good with a variety of food to choose from. The hotel offers free parking but it's always full however you can park right next to the hotel at the paid parking lot.

Great place. if you have a car, you get a garage that's attached to your unit where you stay which is convenient. Owner was very polite, friendly and helpful; and spoke great English. The room was spacious, bed was soft and comfy and toilet / washroom were all clean.

The rental provided plenty of room to spread out our family of 5. The use of the facilities was clearly explained by our host.

We had the whole first floor of the house for ourselves. It felt like home with a kitchen, living room, dining area, bedroom and fireplace area. The futons were really comfortable. Koh had put everything we needed for breakfast (and more) in the fridge so we could prepare it ourselves. There were also snacks and chocolates for us. A first aid kit was available. Koh was always here in case we needed help for something. I highly recommend it !!!

Very accommodating and staff was wonderful. Great spot next to everything. Nothing but good things to say
