The breakfast offering is great! The onsen is a bonus! Appreciate the transfer bus to and from ski resorts.

Breakfast is amazing. Onsen is great. Location is perfect if you like ski in ski out, quieter area of Niseko that has easy access to lift infrastructure.

Everything! High standard, clean, ski in and out (unless you stay beyond 31st of March, then only ski in). Rental equity available at the hotel, onsen, great breakfast, you will miss nothing here. The food is on the expensive side but very good.

The locations was basically ski in ski out, the staff was awesome, the bar upstairs was great and the nibbles there were amazing. If your in need of transportation or have any questions make sure to ask they are very helpful.

The staff is so nice and proactively help me to arrange pick up and drop off. Sent me the JR train timetable. Arranged driver to pick me up from station. Allow me to send the luggage before arrival. Hotel shuttle is so convenient. Japanese room is so cosy and clean. Very good value with such amazing services in Niseko Hirafu area.

The place just perfect for family trip and skier. Quite and perfect for relax. My son can play snow at the front. We can cook. Heater is operating well.

The room was spacious, warm and very clean. You have a microwave, a kettle, Tv and a small fridge big enough for 1-2 people. The bathroom is big and spacious. The most important is the owner and his wife. They are absolutely amazing people. They helped me when my car broke down and they arranged everything for me with the rental company. They went the extra mile always with a smile. I don’t speak much Japanese and without their help it would have been hell. They treated me like family, not just only a customer, and that really touched my heart.

Everything! The lodge was super adorable and comfy and its located in the middle of Niseko which isnt far from the ski resorts (including Grand Hirafu). Location wise, it is also located a short walk away from the bus stop. Sayuri-san and her team were amazing hosts and we couldn't have asked for better! They had a courtesy shuttle that you can take in a cool van and to the train station if you ask. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the shared bathrooms and common areas were extremely well maintained. Breakfast is provided and there is also arestaurant attached to the lodge that has an amazing view of Mt.Yotei. This place is worth every penny and is a gem, so I hope you get to experience one of the coolest places in Niseko to stay in :) Thank you Sayuri-san and everyone for an unforgettable stay! We will definitely be back here if we are in Niseko!!

The host was absolutely amazing! very helpful and calming ! The little ski rental place was also delightful! Also loved the free drink station , water pop coffee and tea! The breakfast in morning was wonderful as well

The staff was the nicest and most welcoming I’ve ever experienced! You feel like family while there and it’s easy to meet other guests in the common area. The daily breakfast is very hearty and they make as much as you can eat. The location is also great and right next to the lifts

The host is very accommodating to our needs, as well as a great communicator. The kitchen was well equipped. The room is specious and clean. We will definitely want to come back again!

Great Host and lovely place. Highly recommended and will come back. Yama San is really nice and friendly, making superb breakfast, greet us every morning and fill us in with slope news. The place is organized quite well better than most of the lodges I stayed, 4 pairs of guests with 2 toilets and 2 showers on the same floor as the guest rooms. The toilets/showers are always available. The public space is filled with lovely couches and views to the snow. The place is also located super close to the shuttle stop and a hot spring. Parking is available right at the place.

We booked the TR Niseko House on a last minute decision after our other accommodation fell through. And we soon realized that we had a been afforded a very lucky circumstance. The rooms are clean, the living quarters are cozy and warm, and the location is conveniently nestled in the quiet local community of Niseko. But the host is the special gem of this place. While his English is not his strong suit, Mizuguchi is a warm and accommodating local guide to have access to while you experience this region. He offers to cook for you every night, in exchange for a small fee that covers the groceries. He generously shares invaluable info about the surrounding regions backcountry offerings and will even guide you for a very decent price. (He took us up Mt. Yotei, an experience we wouldn’t not have dared to do without his guidance.) We quickly adjusted to the slow and peaceful way of life of the TR Niseko house and bemoaned the mere chance that we didn’t have this haven to rely on during our stay in Niseko. Perhaps the only downside of our stay is the reality that we now have to come back and visit in the summer, and every subsequent winter from here on out. - Joseph and Matt, January 2025
