Traveled with the family, total 25 members. They let us stay in the house. The couple was really nice and helpful. The rooms and toilets were clean. For a family vacation, this place is really good. I would really recommend this place.

A new clean hotel with friendly staff. A great pool area at the roof. Good buffets for breakfast and dinner. Nice rooms. Spotless bathrooms.

This is the best hotel I have stayed at in Kandy so far. The rooms are super clean and new. Since the rooms are more like apartments, each room has its own kitchen, including a microwave oven and mini-fridge, as well as a living and dining area with dining table. The hotel has a calm environment, away from the noisy Kandy city. They also have a nice restaurant that offers a decent menu. The owner and staff are super friendly, making it totally worth staying here.

Spacious place. Still new. A couple of kms away from the Kandy but in a silent environment. Host was pleasant and was helpful with all our requests. Highly recommended. Worth for the money.

Very affordable and good value for the money

The property was very clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable, and the surrounding greenery created a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay pleasant and stress-free. Great location for a quiet getaway.

Tens across the board! Jaliya and his family are the best. Such a beautiful home, peaceful setting, and lovely people. Outside of their outrageous kindness and hospitality, the food was really top-notch, with some of the best tea and breakfast settings I’ve ever seen. There is so much wildlife around the property, and we were connected with a wonderful driver who helped show us around Sri Lanka (Jagath) during our stay, at very reasonable prices. Without a doubt, we would come back and stay with them again. We had a wonderful time.

Pri was an amazing owner! We had a dinner all 3 together, talked for few hours and he is really interesting person! Location is very nice, calm and private. There is a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and everything that might be needed. The shower has a good water pressure (mostly in Sri Lanka it does not) and hot water. The room is spacious, pilllows and bed is comfortable, there is a mini fridge as well.

Our stay at the villa was exceptional in every way. It’s modern, impeccably clean, and makes you feel right at home. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Every corner of the villa was spotless, and the attention to detail was impressive — even the bathroom was sparkling clean. We especially appreciated the open kitchen, which allowed us to prepare our own meals, something you rarely find in other villas. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared each morning. The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. We initially planned to stay for two nights but extended our stay because we loved it so much. Truly a wonderful experience — highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality.
