Extremely clean and modern facilities, Balcony huge and a beautiful view of the river. I was impressed with the ease to get there with the visible signage telling me to go left for 75 metres - here in Sri Lanka many places are very difficult to get to the first time. Cargills supermarket reasonably close and does sell liquor which is a bonus. Rooms smoke free but balcony perfect for smokers. Celsius branded linen top quality = Extremely quiet and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Kandy.

I stayed in the Triple Room with Balcony, and it was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The host was friendly and supportive throughout my stay. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and appreciated the level of privacy the place offered. It’s definitely worth the cost, with easy access to PickMe taxis and food delivery nearby. The location is also convenient—just about 1.5 km from the Anagarika Mawatha entrance of Kandy Dalada Maligawa. Overall, a reliable and comfortable stay that I would recommend.

The property is new. Very clean and modern facilities. It is in a good and quiet location near some good bars and restaurants. A bit off the center of the city, but that's not a problem at all, as all the important locations are easily accessible via Tuk Tuk. The staff is very friendly.

Self-service bungalow, with separate independent entry. Beautifully located on a hill. There's a supermarket within a walkable distance. The area is quiet. Our host helped us arrange our railway tickets, and himself dropped us to the station early in the morning after check-out. Their kid is smart and fun to talk to. The kitchen is well-equipped, the beds are comfortable. The wifi, geyser, everything works fine. All in all, BEAUTIFUL STAY. You'll be taken care of, properly.

Really nice and quiet location away from the crazy city center. At night you feel utter peace and quiet. Staff was very kind and friendly yet respecting privacy of guests.

A lovely welcome at this family guest house, we had an enormous room with a balcony. The breakfast was delicious. The shower hot with good pressure. Would happily go back.

A perfect harmony with nature,the soothing, cool tones of the interior beautifully blend with the lush greenery outside. The spacious bedrooms and bathrooms add to the sense of comfort and tranquility. Breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully presented.
