Amazing staff, in all categories of the hotel.

During our business stay in Marrakech for two days, we stayed in two different hotels. One had a more oriental style, and the second was Relax Hotel with a modern design. I would say both are nice, but at Relax Hotel you feel like you entered a franchise: a professional system to manage bookings, organized staff, and a modern design made to provide the same experience no matter which room you book. Everything you need will be available without ask.

Fantastic location. Walking areas are vast (even running in nearby parks is excellent.) Lovely staff culture. The spa is a major bonus, with vigorous hamam scrub on offer.

Smiling personal. Good breakfast. Close to the city center. We enjoyed our stay

The hotel has a great location, close to the city center and the mall. Everything was clean, tidy, and very new.

Everything was perfect. Great staff, clean rooms, fantastic amenities.

Breakfast was excellent and was served in a beautiful and stylishly decorated room situated between two lovely courtyards. There was plenty of bread, a crepe-like wrap, pastries, tea and coffee, jams, butter, local cheese, etc.

Shaima was so nice and welcoming. We enjoyed the stay at this hotel a lot. Nice and cozy and clean. We will definitely come back.

Perfect location, big room, very pretty design and wonderful little garden with the pool. Great service- both guys working there were very helpful and nice, i dont know the name of second one, kamal was really great- super polite , professional and helpful.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is so spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Location was superb as well. Especially the host was so nice and attentive. Definitely will go back! Recommend 100% 😍😍

The apartament was spacious and we had lots of facilities- AC units in each room, vacuum cleaner, iron etc

I loved the people who work on the reception. They are so kind and helpful, 10/10. Place was cleaned every day and is comfortable.

Staff, location , traditional decoration, wi-fi, best hotel in Marrakesh- would come again without hesitation ; we came on two separate occasions with family , had 3 rooms - all wonderful; the showers were hot and the beds comfortable; the staff is there 24h and really helpful with everything !

The staff was great, and the location was perfect. Everyone in the rooms were quite and very respectful and just good hearted people who come in and out of the hostel.

Right in the middle of the souk but still feels remote and quiet . The staff were so lovely!

The place was a little private oasis in the old part of marrakech. Once we got there, we did not leave and relaxed by the pool. It was 45 degrees but it was cool inside the Riad.
