UgandaQuiet location, very leafy garden, warm hosts, We had spent some days in the East in an upscale resort, so it was nice to get an authentic Mauritian experience as a cherry ontop. Brigette was an amazing host who made us feel like we should have spent more days; she was like the aunt I wish I had. We had to check out at 3 am to catch our flight, and she was awake waiting to hug us goodbye. We loved the place.

United StatesEverything about the property was above expectations. It is an apartment so we did not expect a restaurant although many were nearby so this is not a problem at all. We had the whole second floor to ourselves, it was spacious and spotless. Host Noel lives above and makes sure to address all questions and concerns promptly. A truly wonderful Mauritius experience. I would highly recommend this.

ChinaFor most people, this is a place for transit to airport, but we stayed for 3 days, and feel it good, because (1) it locates at the Rue Marianne, whose end is the bus hub, so it is easy to travel everywhere; (2) the owner is very kind to prepare our breakfast at 5:30 in order that we could catch up with flight; (3) the local people are very helpful, and always willing to tell us how to travel with bus, of course, most in French; (4) finally, the breakfast is good on the roof.
