° Best location, there is a nearby 7/11 and convenience store - just walking distance. Near to malls (walking distance) Transportation is also not an issue since the location is along the road. ° Owner is very accomodating with the changes of head counts and even extending a few more hrs was also allowed with justified charges, tho we have changes of plans and have to leave early but Im glad I asked about the hrs extension for future reference. ° Stable internet connection. We were able to Work from the apartment without any issues of internet or electricity. ° Kitchen is very well prepared, its complete from plates up to scissors and waffle maker. 🤭 ° Water, coffee (in sachet), tissues, shampoo and body soap, hand soap, dishwashing etc. All were provided. ° All beddings are comfy to use. The coach is even good for 1 person to sleep. The place is also peaceful. ° Owner is very responsive to any request. You will feel safe and welcome! I would highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay.
