We really enjoyed our stay in apartment 11. The room was not very big, but it was very well designed, cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space was used very efficiently, so even though the apartment is compact, it still felt practical and comfortable. One of the best things was the view from the room - it made the stay feel even more special. The location was also excellent: close to the sea, restaurants, shops, and the natural pools, so it was very convenient for exploring the area and enjoying Porto Moniz. Another big advantage was the parking. It was honestly ideal and very well thought out. It is not very common to see hosts who really consider where guests can leave their car, but here everything was prepared perfectly, including a parking card. This made travelling by car much easier and completely stress-free. The shared washing machine was also extremely useful, especially while travelling around Madeira. It is a small detail, but it makes a big difference during a longer trip. We also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome gifts from the hosts - a bottle of drinking water and a bottle of wine. That was a very nice touch. Self check-in was easy and clear, communication was good, and overall the apartment felt well maintained and thoughtfully prepared for guests.

Amazing views from the apartments. Sitting on the balcony, you can hear the ocean and see the waves crashing on the rocks.

Excellent property. Unbeatable views from the balcony. Equipped with everything needed for a great stay. Host was very communicative, easy to reach, sent detailed information. Was very responsive when we needed sheets for the sofa bed. Included parking spot was much appreciated in a very busy town during high season!

The room was spacious and very clean. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. Having private parking right at the entrance was extremely convenient and made our stay even more comfortable. There was restaurant within the property as well.

The cleanest place I stayed at. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we received a complimentary bottle of wine that was very nice. We enjoyed having the car parked right on the door step. There was a washing machine in the kitchen that was very helpful and drier outside that saved us. Highly recommended!!!

The apartment is 10-12min away from Porto Moniz which is a great and cheaper option than to stay in the center. The accommodation was really clean, the beds comfy and the AC was really nice since the weather was a bit chilly during our stay there. Parking in front of the apartment! The flat is really spacious.

Great quiet location, close to Porto Moniz. The kitchen had everything we needed. The accommodation has both a washing machine and a dryer, which is perfect for hikers to wash and dry their clothes.

It was an extraordinary vacation to Madeira. De Freitas home is just great. We are a family with a young boy and everything was just perfect : the view, house location, comfort, the breakfest and late supper on the front porch ...Just great to recharge before another day for exploring this wonderfull island. And the stairs to get to the house, just enough to do your daily exvercise ☺️
