All new and modern. Full use kitchen with large sink, medium fridge and even a small dishwasher. The bathroom is beautiful! Very nice walk in shower and all new fixtures throughout. Large wall mounted TV with king sized bed!

The Poe is a lovely property that had everything we needed. As soon as you pull up, it is welcoming, with seats under a porch. When you unlock the door, you are welcomed into a calming space that includes everything you need, including a kettle, as my wife doesn't drink coffee. We got groceries in and cooked, as you have everything there, but it is also close to town, so you can eat out if you are early enough - places seem to either close early / not open at the start of the week. Whilst we didn't meet Shawn and Adele, they were very attentive and kept us fully up to date on check-in and gave us contacts if there were any issues - there were none. Would have liked to stay longer, as close to a number of state parks and springs, but only stayed the night.

Neat little motel with a lot of character. Very clean and spacious room.

This hotel is less than a 20 minute drive from Ginnie Springs, a popular area for scuba diving, canoeing and other water sports.

I truly enjoyed our stay. The staff were amazing. The fantastic breakfast cook on Monday until Friday was incredible. She made you feel like you were family. I believe her name is Sonya. She deserves a raise!! She made our trip outstanding. She was so cheerful and loving. I will visit that hotel again because of her.
