Cheap hotels in Whittier

The location is very good BUT it can take a long time to traverse the roads to get to places like Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, or Asheville. Don't let the 21 miles to Gatlinburg fool you, you have to go through the Parkway and it is often closed due to high winds, then you have to drive up to 123 miles to get to your destination. Asheville has roads out still due to the hurricane. Just plan accordingly. I didn't know this before I traveled. The cabin itself is cozy in a good way. It is just big enough to not feel cramped. The bedroom and living room are very good sizes. The kitchen is small and there is no dishwasher or garbage disposal. Nothing wrong with this, but if you are looking for these ameities, they aren't here. I will tell you that the maintainence man Elvis did a great job helping to fix an issue we had with the water heater the first day we were there. He was courteous, prompt, and super friendly. I have worked with Evolve (the managing company) in the past and they were great to work with again.

Beautiful, comfortable clean cabin

The hot tub was a perfect addition to a romantic weekend getaway. The cabin is secluded, yet only 15 minutes from downtown Sylva. The inside is bigger than you would think, and the kitchen was very well equipped. If it was warmer outside, I would have loved to use the big deck in the back of the house.

We enjoyed our stay in one of the cabins. It was so relaxing sitting on the deck overlooking the river. We will definitely be back.

I loved the location!! The area was very peaceful and being able to have that gorgeous view of the mountains was everything!!!

Our family of 8 had the best unplugged weekend getaway ! The cabin was so beautiful the pictures honestly do not do it justice ! The house was stocked with everything you will need ! And had the most homey feeling ! Our family will definitely be back ! Side note : we are with Verizon and was able to have service on the porch and the master bedroom , we only needed it once a day to check on our dogs at home !

It was just so cozy. It’s perfect. Size just was lovely. Couldn’t have asked for a better cabin.

The cabin was cozy and spotless. Loved the themed decoration. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need. There is a washer and dryer in the cabin. The location is very convenient to Cherokee and Bryson City. We have already booked another weekend in June.
