Hotel has a pleasant and welcoming ambience, with comfortable rooms and friendly personnel providing excellent service. My room had a minor maintenance issue that was corrected promptly. A typical Venezuelan breakfast was included in the price. The lunch and dinner menus are diverse and savory. The hotel is located two blocks from the beautiful beach of Playa El Agua. I highly recommend this hotel.
