The staff was very helpful and easy to talk to. They also were able to quickly arrange convenient and safe rides even for short notice. We were able to get the most out of our short stay in Hue from them!

Such a great location within the walled city, but on a quiet street. Close to many restaurants. The property and room was clean and beautiful. The staff were the best part! So incredibly friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff

The breakfast had a variety of foods and was kept well stocked throughout the breakfast hours. The front desk staff was helpful in translating when we attempted to order food or transportation.

At first, I was a bit worried about the noise from all the karaoke places on the street, but it turned out to be just fine. The owner mentioned that he opened the homestay just a year ago, so everything feels new and clean. I honestly didn't expect to find such a lovely place at such a great price. The owner was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to suggest us a bunch of awesome spots to visit and even ordered some salted coffee for us when we asked where to get good coffee. I definitely will come back next time.

Staff is excellent and supporive

Moon homestay is very well located close to Hue imperial palace as Week as the actual city center . The owners are genuine and helpful to provide tips and accommodate my short stay (I wish I could stay a couple more days). My room was spacious with its own balcony and a cute bathroom .

My family and I loved everything about our stay. Possibly the most comfortable stay during our trip. Wished we could’ve stayed longer! We booked a total of 3 rooms, one of which was on the 2nd floor. Would recommend that room for folks who pack real light and have no large luggage to haul up the narrow stairs. The staff was also very welcoming and amazing! We were not expecting a welcome gift when we visited the cafe. Such a lovely surprise! Would definitely stay at DAINOI again and highly recommend to others who need a retreat from the hustle and bustle.

The staff was wonderful! It was a terrific room and wonderful location. We would stay there again when we go back to Hue.

The owners were incredible. Super helpful, kind and forthcoming. The room was very clean and above the owner's business. Be aware that to enter the homestay you depend on the opening hours. At night the owners waited for us to return (Thank you!). The location is exceptional and directly next to the exit of the imperial city. Perfect for a rest after hours of exploring and walking around.
