Hostel facilities and staff are all client-friendly. Amenities are useful. Their breakfast, pool gathering, and bar crawling are very enjoyable for people who are interested in gathering. One hostel that gives you hotel-vibe experiences.

Excellent Location, staff, bed comfort, & shower pressure. Breakfast buffet was a mix of local and international. Option to order omelet or Vietnamese pancakes.

The location is very close to the Old Town so it is absolutely convenient. The facilities were very new, our room was clean and the services were excellent. Staffs are super helpful, especially Chi, Thao and Jenny at the reception were very informative, Dat took very good care of our luggage as well. Will recommend if you are travelling to Hanoi.

It had a very nice location! I had a pleasant stay and even booked for two nights extra. The room was clean and staff was friendly. Would come here again.

The staff at La Palm Boutique very friendly and they welcoming us very well, Ms. Helen, Mrs.Jenyy and Mr.Tony. Mr.Tony was so helpful and gave us a very good discount for transportation to airport. The hotel very simple and quiet. The location amazing in Old Quarter.

The apartment felt cozy and welcoming. We especially loved the bathtub and the peaceful surroundings. It was easy to relax here after exploring the city.

Great location near the lake and main area of the old quarter but still far enough away to not feel hectic. Nu was accommodating of our past midnight arrival and super helpful in booking tours and airport transfers.

The staff were the nicest. They were all so helpful, with advices where to eat, where to find particular shops, cash machines etc. Loved sitting out on the front terrace having a refreshment and watching Hanoi life go past. ALL the staff were so helpful. Hotel has modern bathrooms, super comfy beds, great place to stay for visiting Hanoi.

Ava is a fantastic host. She is easy to communicate with, speaks great English and has fantastic food and sight seeing recommendations. The room was so clean and big. It has everything you need for a great stay!

Spacious room with balcony and view, good breakfast, clean and beautiful Facility and gracious and helpful staff. Ms. Linh was particularly kind, warm and friendly and helped us to make reservations at jazz club and researched and stores that sold items we were looking for and made excellent recommendations.

Property was clean and friendly staff. Dinh Lee and Huyen were always accommodating for any request. Breakfast was really good as well in the morning and a great way to start the day. Price was also great!

Staff was amazing! Their sense of humor was exceptional! Breakfast was terrific. Room was small but clean with a fantastic air conditioner. Great location that is in the center of old town but quiet inside the room. It does have a working elevator!

The property itself was very nice and clean and in a convenient location, but what was even more memorable was the staff. Particularly Luna and Annie were especially helpful when it came to making sure we had enough time to make our next flight, as well as recommending local places to eat and explore.
