I booked terminal 1 but didn't know that I was arriving to Terminal 2. They transferred me without any problem. I had a very early arrival and it was very convenient. They also gave some snacks which I was really grateful for. Thank you again to the kind staff!

For £8 a night this was simply brilliant. Comfy, good shower, good room, lovely owners and cafes/restaurants within a 3 minute walk. The Wifi is okay, not great but not bad.

Was a transit stop for an early morning flight. It was fairly late in the even and we still found places that served good tasty food. The pods were easy to find. I would suggest booking beforehand rather than showing up and hoping there is space.

I didn't stay at this hotel to tour the local town, but only for convenience near the Hanoi international airport, because I had an early morning flight and was concerned about unpredictability of traffic from farther away. I did extensive search to find a place close to airport but inexpensive price and still good quality. The Family Transit Hotel in Thach Loi satisfied everything I was looking for, and was so much more in quality and customer service by the staff there. Personalized shuttle service from hotel staff got me to international departures drop off within about 10 minutes of when I came down to front desk to check out.

The staff is kind attentive and responsive. They were super accommodating and helped get me things I needed (an Iron). The facilities (ballroom) and the grounds are a beautiful. And the room was beautiful quiet, incredibly clean, spacious. The bathroom was so big and beautifully designed. I am still daydreaming about the smell of the towel. I felt at such ease and felt such comfort here. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
