This is an outstanding place to stay. The cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel are impressive, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Our room was quite spacious, providing ample room to relax, and it included a separate bath, which added to our comfort and convenience. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible buffet breakfast. It offered a wide variety of delicious options, ensuring there was something for everyone to enjoy. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Thao was an amazing host, very friendly and accommodating. The location is quiet and beautiful, about 15 minutes drive from Tam Coc, but there are many restaurants close by, including an expensive resort restaurant right across the street. Good breakfast served every morning, and we were able to rent motorbikes for 150k/day. The room was very clean.

Great location with just a 5min walk to Mua cave and 10min bicycle ride to Trang an, the restaurant serves great food and the pho bo is a must try, the room was a bit small but clean and well equipped, the pool was nice to cool down after a hot day after an excursion. The owner helped by organizing a great transfer back to hanoi.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. First of all, the location is incredible. Surrounded by natural beauty and just a short walk from all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops, it couldn’t be more convenient. Whether you're looking to explore or just relax, everything is right at your fingertips. The rooms were a highlight—spotlessly clean, modern, and clearly newly renovated. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was pristine with great water pressure, and all amenities were thoughtfully provided. It’s obvious that the owners have put care into both the design and upkeep of the space. One of my favourite parts of the stay was the pool area. It’s beautifully maintained and perfect for unwinding after a day out. Whether you're swimming or just lounging by the water, it adds a relaxing resort-style touch to the whole experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and professional—always ready to help with anything we needed. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and genuinely kind. Overall, this hotel ticked all the boxes: perfect location, clean and stylish rooms, excellent amenities, and wonderful staff. It was a great base for exploring the area, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended for couples, families, or solo travellers looking for comfort and convenience!

The host! The owner was awesome, she let us check in earlier without any additional fee. Then it was super easy to get anything we needed like a motorbike, laundry etc. She also really helped us to book a bus even though we had to change it due to weather conditions a few hours prior departure. And lastly we liked really hot water and the absolute best for us was the balcony on the third floor where we spent every night. P.S. try coconut coffee

Without a doubt, this is the best homestay I have stayed at so far. Starting with the room, it's very spacious and has everything you need to comfortably stay for some days. The bathroom is large and has hot water (which I hadn’t had for a while in Vietnam, so that was amazing!). And the bed… definitely the best I’ve tried in Vietnam so far. The mattress is soft and the bed is very spacious. The room also has a mini refrigerator and air conditioning. On top of that, the family is incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. I spoke mostly with the daughter who speaks English and she helped us a lot. But the grandmother was also very sweet to me. On the last day I didn’t have breakfast, and she gave me two oranges and some cookies for the road, which was such a lovely gesture. The father was also very kind. Even though he didn’t speak English, he used a translator and was always very helpful. The property itself is beautiful. The park and garden areas are lovely, and the pool looked very clean as well. I didn’t get to use it because it was a bit cold, but it looked really nice. It is absolutely worth it and one of the best price-quality places I have found in Vietnam. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!

Swimming pool surrounded by limestone mountains, peaceful garden vibe, fresh air everywhere… honestly I took like 500 photos here lol. Room super clean, bathroom spotless, decor looked way more luxurious than the price suggested. If you visit Ninh Binh just stay here.

This was a slice of paradise and a real retreat for those that are wanting a peaceful place to stay. The owner was all smiles, helpful and welcoming. I stayed in a great little bungalow, really clean and nice hot shower. Great value for money and one of the best honestays I have ever been in.

Amazing homestay! The host and his wife were super helpful and accommodating. They really took care of us and made sure that we were having a good time. The place was clean and well kept. We were also able to rent a scooter from the homestay to move around Ninh Binh. This place is highly recommended!
