If you love peace and quiet, nature and stunning views this house is where to go, not mentioning the super lovely hosts who looked after us very well. Clean room, big wet room, AC, kettle and a spacey bed and basic toiletries. The prices for services such as massages, food, etc are more than reasonable! We very much enjoyed being at this beautiful location and friendly family. The hosts will also help you with any queries , book a tour or bus/taxi. I would come again 100%.

We would like to thank manager of the resort and his team for helping us out from a small problem we had. They quickly helped us get another room in the middle of the night and solve the problem very quickly. It wasn’t their fault and it just shows that the hotel no matter what will help you out and they have your best interest in mind. The location is great. You’re close to everything. The service from the staff is very nice. You get an option of a free bicycle rental or you pay additional for a motorcycle, which is very convenient and safe to use Ninh Binh. Honestly, we thought it would have been great to stay here for additional night unfortunately we didn’t make our trip that way, but hoping to return someday .

The grounds of the homestay are so beautiful and the family is very sweet and kind. We rented two bungalows and both were clean and very comfortable. We used the free bikes two days, which made exploring the area easy. The meals are delicious, free breakfast, and well priced for everything else.

a lovely stay in a beautiful part of trang an! the bed was comfortable, the fridge and water kettle worked very well and they even provide coffee and tea packets as well as water for your convenience! i would happily return next time. the hosts were incredibly nice, even some cute dogs around the property. our room had a pool view and it was gorgeous.

Amazing location just outside the main town, easily reachable by free bikes. Loved exploring the area. Really comfortable beds , very clean room. Staff were amazing & very accommodating, with juice & fruit on arrival. Free use of bikes. Outstanding breakfast. Enjoyed the pool and sunbeds. A lovely place to relax. Would highly recommend.

Little charming “village” with great food! The place is like described, natural with outdoor bathroom but our room had both heating and cooling air conditioner which was convenient because it was cold first days. The breakfast was BIG portion and Pho was the most delicious I ate in Vietnam. We ate dinner at the bungalows every day, there is good section.

Honestly, I really enjoyed my time here. The place has a very chill vibe, surrounded by nature, with mountains in front and a river behind, so it feels super peaceful. The location is also a big plus — it’s close to famous spots like Trang An and Hoa Lu, so getting around is really easy. I was warmly welcomed and taken care of very thoughtfully. The room was very clean, and I was really impressed the moment I walked in. I truly enjoyed a complete and satisfying stay here.

The bed is very confortable with several pillows. The bathroom is also a big plus. The room is soundproof which is great for light sleepers like me.

Hana is amazing. Period. She goes out of her way to help with everythjng and is the sweetest host. The homestay itself is modern, comfortable and clean. The beds are very comfy and it is quiet so I slept very well. The location right next to the river and adjacent to many eateries is superb. What I liked a lot are the free bikes that allowed me to explore at a relaxed pace. Apart from that, Hana always manages to arrange good prices on tickets & tours. Everything felt organic and relaxed. I was supposed to leave after just 1 night, but stayed 5! This is a home away from home in Trang An. Thank you Hana & the entire, very friendly staff!!

The hosts were so incredibly accommodating, giving us snacks and water for our overnight bus. Near nice restaurant and easy to get Grab to go around. The WiFi some time a little bit slow. But it doesn't matter. You will not be disappointed with your stay here.

I had a wonderful stay here in Ninh Binh. The family was incredibly kind and welcoming — honestly the nicest hosts I’ve met during my trip. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed, and they were always happy to help with anything I needed. I highly recommend staying here if you want a genuine homestay experience.
