If you are staying in Bonaire, you should stay at "The Hut". Everything and I mean everything was perfect. The beds were very comfortable, I slept like a baby. You can completely block out the sun in the morning, yet you can make a nice draft through the room by opening the windows. It was spotless clean. You have a nespresso machine in the room so you can enjoy your favorite coffee. Next to the reception, there is a diving school where you can book your dives and there is a mexican restaurant, so you can enjoy some cocktails and some nice food in the evening. The town center is 15 minutes walking distance by the sea. We traveled all over the island, and on our last day, as we were waiting for our flight, we chilled the whole day next to the pool. It is in a lovely garden with a shower and you have sunbeds. We also rented a car from the owner, Lukas, we loved it. It was a really cool, typical island car that got us through all the paved and unpaved roads of Bonaire. Trust me, look no further wenn booking in Bonaire! Let Lukas and his team take care of you!

Everything was so new. The studio had a separate sitting and bedroom. The bathroom was nice, but needed at least a shower curtain to keep the water off the floor. The kitchen was modern with an electronic stove top. It took a little bit to learn how to use it. The most important thing is that it needs the pot or pan on top of the heating element for it to work. A written note to do so would have been helpful. It was also a little warm in the kitchen, because the only A/C was in the bedroom. A wall mounted oscillating fan would have been very nice. The pool was cool, and above ground. So be careful of the standing water at its steps when you get in or out. They do have outside storage lockers to stow your luggage if you arrive before 3pm check in. We did this and took a walkabout for 2 hours. Exhausted we needed to get into the room at 2pm, and was charged $10 for early check in. It's still a cool place to stay while in Bonaire.
