The story behind NOOM The origins of NOOM b.v. date back to 2013, when Dutch-born couple Maria and Rob started managing their first vacation rental villa on the Caribbean island of Curacao. Their educational background and experience in International Hotel Management, soon contributed to many happy guests who highly appreciated the villa quality together with the team of NOOM Curacao and their personal approach to authentic service. In 2021 Maria and Rob expanded their business to Bonaire, the island they visited many times in the past years and has stolen their hearts as well. We do not live on the premises, but our local host is within easy reach.

Located near the heart of Kralendijk, this newly built 6-persons villa with private pool offers a luxurious and comfortable retreat on Bonaire. This semi-detached villa boasts natural light and modern, luxurious amenities. Just a 5 to 10-minute walk will take you to some of the island's finest restaurants, dive shops, bakeries, and supermarkets. The villa features three spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms, providing the perfect setting for relaxation. Our nightly rate covers the accommodation and WIFI. In addition, a fixed utility fee per night will be charged to cover water and electricity usage. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary charges, we kindly ask guests to use utilities responsibly. A one-time cleaning fee is also applied per stay. This includes professional cleaning before arrival and standard check-out cleaning. Please note that if excessive cleaning is required, additional charges may apply at the guest’s expense. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for an extra fee and includes fresh linens and towels. Nightly rates may vary based on occupancy, allowing flexibility to suit your needs.
