ItalyThe hotel exceeded our expectations. I saw from the pictures that it was nice, but when we saw the room we remained speechless! It even had a tiny balcony with a small table and some flowers. The staff was super friendly and available. We will definitely go back.

Excellent budget accommodation in a very central location. Spotlessly clean and very efficient and helpful staff.I have stayed here before and will stay here again. I arrived late and they facilitated that by sending me access codes.

The location is excellent, Bilbao is a small city but it is so close to all major attractions and streets. We travelled with our 18 month old and booked a 2-bed apartment so it was great for her to have her own room. The apartments are very clean and the staff we dealt with were excellent.
Highly recommend these apartments.

The location is ideal, just a short walk from the little town with it's bars and restaurants and a pleasant 2km walk to a stunning beach, Cuevas del Mar. Laura is such a welcoming host and the breakfast is both generous & delicious. Our room was cosy and spotlessly clean, the building is lovely very Asturianu.

The room was lovely and modern with a balcony overlooking the street. It was very clean and was cleaned everyday as well. The staff were so helpful and the location was ideal for the beach and the old town - we could walk everywhere.

Great location with plenty of places to eat nearby, and easy walking to places of interest, including the Guggenheim. Our room was modern, very clean and comfortable. Really liked the water cooler by the lift for refilling our water bottle. Breakfast, buffet style, was good and very reasonably priced. The staff were really helpful and friendly. All in all, for a budget hotel, it was excellent.

Very good location close to the old town and bus station, with supermarkets and restaurants in a few steps. The bed was confortable, the bathroom nice, everything very clean. Couldn't ask for more especially for this price, very good deal.

It’s a very beautiful flat and it’s nicely decorated. It’s super central and the location was ideal. It has a beautiful garden, with an orange tree and cat living in the neighbourhood. The beds are comfortable and everything was spotless clean.

Location. Right opposite Playa de Ris, one of our favourite spots in Spain, which is just beautiful and was surprisingly quiet for early June. The hotel is very clean, and the staff were courteous and helpful. There's a nice bar that also serves food and a more formal, a la carte restaurant. The bedroom was "no frills" but spotlessly clean. I'm not sure that it was air conditioned, not that it was needed. The price was very good value for money and included breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

After finishing my Camino in the rain, I was able to store my bag until my room was ready. My ground floor was perfect - good size, quiet, spotlessly clean, most comfortable bed, excellent shower and heating available in evening.
The hosts were excellent to deal with, professional yet friendly. Tyime to stop for a quick chat, ordered a taxi for me, etc
Location handy to everything, lots of cafes and restaurants very nearby and a laundramat just a couple of doors down the street.
