Would definitely recommend, perfect location right by the town center close full of restaurants, shops and beautiful views. Close to the beach and public transport, walking distance to the harbor and 3 large supermarkets (would recommend Mercadona cheapest and had most Spanish products out of 3 markets I've been to. Apartment was very clean and provided 3 towels for each guest, it had a balcony and access to the swimming pool. Staff was friendly and answered quickly when I've sent messages or called.

Love the location and the apartment was spotless and cleaned every few days. We were at the back of the complex and it was ideal for us. A short stroll to the local food store and spar as well as the beach (2 mins) and bars!!

The location of the hotel was good and definitely helped by the easy and cheap access to public inner city bus services, also taxi rank outside of the hotel. The hotel itself is pleasant well maintained and supported by a good team at reception. There is a shop onsite which is basic enough and over priced but if you don’t want to go to the local supermarket located 300 metres down the road it’s ideal . This hotel is definitely for the younger family as it set for the kids but at times fails to hit the mark.

The location is simply ideal: very close to the beach, shops and bus stops (including excursion and airport).
Very clean.
The kitchen has almost everything - dishes, pots, toaster, bottle opener, etc.
The bathroom sink was clogged - they fixed it very quickly.

The ground floor apartment, with front terrace across the swimming pool, spacious,well utilize, very clean.A good size swimming pool very clean and well maintained , plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas.
During the evening, nice and quiet .
The beds very comfortable and the pillows nice and soft.
The location is ideal , short walk to Playa Melonares and the Maspalonas Faro and promenade. Short walking distance to Mercadona for food shopping if self catering or a good stock minimarket at the Caybeach resort.

The location was wonderful, lovely walk down to the strip and taxis back were cheap.
The complex was so quiet and peaceful, very well maintained.
Apartment was basic but had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The cleaners came regularly which was lovely.
The staff were fantastic, they couldn't do enough for us.
Thank you Tisalaya for a fantastic stay!
