Kora Nivaria Beach is a complex of apartments and villas located in Abades, a small coastal village of white houses in the south of Tenerife. A natural environment with overwhelming sunrises and endless views of the sea. The complex has an incredible infinity pool with sea views, a 35-metre swimming pool, children's pool, sunbeds area, heated Jacuzzi, gym and calisthenics area. For the little ones, we have a children's area with swings and Kids' Club service. In addition, at Kora Nivaria Beach we want you to live an authentic experience of disconnection while you enjoy the best kept secrets of Tenerife. In our Gastro Corner Slow you can enjoy a selection of gourmet products from the island, as well as breakfasts and gastronomic experiences where local produce is the star. We offer you a place to unwind with free Yoga, Tai Chi or Pilates sessions. In addition, you will find a wide variety of wellness services, tours and excursions with which to relax, discover hidden corners or immerse yourself in the most authentic gastronomy of Tenerife. Our hallmark is environmental awareness and, for this reason, we have our own solar energy and water recycling system for the irrigation of our gardens, water refill points to avoid the use of plastics and vegan and ecological amenities. Neighborhood info

Abades is a very quiet town with white houses. It has several bars and restaurants, a supermarket just 50 meters from Kora Nivaria Beach, a couple of beaches and coves with hardly any constructions around it, and a coastline with well-cared sea beds perfect for snorkelling and diving. The surroundings offer a large number of paths for hiking and discovering its coves. We love running to the Porís lighthouse, a memorable path between tabaibas, sand and the noise of the waves. But what we highlight the most about Abades is its location: halfway between the north and the south of the island, it is the perfect place from where to set up the base camp and organize excursions to the most incredible places on the island, since it is very connected by highway and is halfway to everything.
