Baan Maka is a dream come true - surrounded by nature, from the gardens to the lake and the small patch of rainforest on the hill, there is so much to see. They even have Blue-winged Pitta breeding right there. Comfortably close to Kaeng Krachan for more adventure. Great food.

It is like a home away from home. The two sisters took very good care of me and all the other guests. They cooked vegan breakfasts for me, provided bicycles, a map, and lots of advice about shopping and how to get around. Not surprisingly, several of those in the hotel were returning guests. I too hope to make it there again!
