This beach front private pool villa has 3 bedrooms. The villa has 3 en-suite bedrooms of good sizes and are located one of the most beautiful parts of the beaches between Cha Am and Hua Hin. It is under 15 min to nearest Golf Course (Palm Hills) and not more than 20 min away from City Center and all other tourist attractions. Maid service 5 times per week is included half day (4hours) Monday - Saturday. Option for extra beds, food delivery, massage and car or scooter rental are available through our service team every day at an additional charge. Our service team also provide bookings for local attractions and tours. Swimming Pool Size : 4x5x1.2 (W/L/D) Please note: The rental price includes electricity for 300 baht pr. night. Usage over will be charged at 6 baht pr. unit extra. Electric meter will be read at check in and check out. In average, a group for this size villa uses about 300 baht per night depending mostly on Air-condition usage. A refundable security deposit is required in cash upon check in. The amount varies based on the length of stay: 1-3 nights: 3,000 THB 4-7 nights: 5,000 THB 8-14 nights: 10,000 THB 15 nights or longer: 10,000 baht The deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.
