From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Alexandra with the biggest smile, instantly making us feel at home. She was so warm and kind, and that energy carried through the entire staff—every single person we encountered was amazing. What really stood out was the presence of the owners, personally walking around, chatting with guests, and making sure everyone was happy and cared for. That level of attention gave the whole stay such a special and personal touch. The location and hotel itself are absolutely stunning—a true little piece of heaven. The design is beautiful, the facilities are top tier, and everything feels thought-out to perfection. And the food? Simply incredible! So fresh, high-end, and absolutely delicious. I especially recommend the Carbonara—it was outstanding. We stayed for five magical days, and leaving was truly bittersweet. But one thing is for sure: we will definitely be back! We stayed one night at Salida Beach. It is located a bit outside of the centre of Kizimkazi. By scooter, it takes you around 5 minutes to get to the main road and the main beach. The room was perfect. Every room has a little balcony or a terrace. It was superclean, the waterpressure was strong, and there was even a mini-fridge in the room. The ventilator is very fast and in gerneall the room was very well temperatured, no AC necessary at all. The wifi was stable and fast. The place has a generator, so there are no problems with powercuts. The area of Salida Beach is quite big, with a lot of trees which keep the place cool. There are some sunbeds directly at the coastline on the small cliff over the water, where you can watch the sunset or just relax. There is also a hammock. There is no sand beach, but stairs lead you down to the ocean if you want to swim, which I highly recommend, especially if it is high tide. The breakfast is out of this world. Everyone gets a big plate of fruits, then the eggs as you want them with guacamole and bread and 2 pancakes. For drinks, they had coffee, tea, and a very very good juice. There is the opportunity to have dinner at Salida Beach as well, but we did not try that. The staff was super friendly, they welcomed us, showed us the place, and were helpful with all our questions. We will definitely come again😁

The staff are friendly, helpful and go out of their way for you. The rooms are nice and the property is beautiful. The location is a little less central than other spots in Jambiani so if you’re looking for a quieter spot this is a great option. It’s walking distance to all of the other spots you’d want to go in Jambiani. It’s a beachfront property with fewer people on the beach and not many people trying to sell anything. The food in the restaurant is great. There are monkeys on the property which is fun.

Olamanga was exactly what I needed. A wonderful property with sand everywhere, a gorgeous lounge area with pool and lush tropical surroundings that made it incredibly easy to just switch off and unwind. There are plenty of spots to lounge around the property, and I genuinely spent a lot of my three nights here simply enjoying the space rather than venturing out. Ralu and Lee who run the property are genuine, friendly, and supportive with any request. The staff are equally helpful and attentive. The in-house restaurant and bar serves meals throughout the day with a great cook, so you never feel the need to go far for food. My terrace room was a decent size with a very generous seating area and its own kitchenette, well equipped, clean, and provided with all the essentials. A lovely touch I didn't anticipate was Ralu's aromatherapy diffuser in the room. I didn't think much of it at first but after spending enough time there, the difference in ambience was genuinely noticeable and added to the overall sense of calm. The beach is a one-minute walk away and absolutely gorgeous, noticeably less crowded than other beaches on the island. In-house massage services can also be arranged. And if you love cats, two resident ones are always lounging around the property. Give them a few pets from me.
