After looking for places to stay in St Ives for a few nights, I decided to go here. Best choice I could have made. The folks running the property are charming, sweet, and always helpful. I had high hopes for this place given what I saw online, and it surpassed those expectations. If you're looking for a fun, memorable stay in St Ives, I can think of nowehere better. Seriously, these folks, the property, and the time you spend there and down in St Ives, rocks. Thank you again!

Immaculately clean, Love the attention to detail. Everything was taken care of. Artisan Cornwall coffee, tea and shortbread kept for us. Milk in the fridge. Decor was mind-blowing. Books for adults and kids. Small TV with OTT platforms available. Board and card games available. The caravan was just by the river. Ideal for riverside walk. There is central heating in case it gets cold at night. All utensils and cutlery available in the kitchen if you want to cook. There was fresh towels and linen available as well. Beds were comfy. Our stay was fantastic and will definitely recommend.

What a fantastic experience. This was the final night of my 2 week trip and was an excellent way to end it! The Saracen is brilliant and still in such great condition. An info pack is provided on it's history which was a great read whilst wrapped up warm on the hammock! It was exceptionally clean and smelt fresh and very cosy. Lovely added touches of activity leaflets and marshmallows for the fire. Lovely view in the morning from the Saracen, looking out onto the animals. Despite being on the farm it was super quiet and peaceful. The facilities are brilliant. Great shower and toilet facilities. Really good kitchen with everything you could possible need. And electric points for charging. Everyone was lovely, helpful and always up for a chat. Even the taxi driver was fond of them and knew exactly where to go as soon as I said where I was heading (A1 cars). Surprisingly short walk to Tesco and to Carbis Bay Beach which is stunning! It's then only a further 15-20 mins into ST Ives from there.
