It was my first time staying in a capsule, and I’m very happy with the experience—it’s something truly different. I enjoyed the play of lights, and the privacy inside the capsule is excellent. People often ask if it felt claustrophobic, but my answer is no—thanks to the white color, organic lines, and mirrors, it actually felt spacious. There was also plenty of fresh air, as the capsules are well ventilated. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Looking for a capsule hotel?

Developed in Japan, these cheap “pod” hotels are a novelty for any traveler. With rows of small single bed enclosed capsules, accommodations are basic and intended to be overnight. There's separate storage for luggage and gender-separate communal bathrooms. Some capsule hotels also have a sentō – a Japanese bath house, usually for male guests only.

Sufficient bathrooms and showers for the number of pods. Good size common room with access to watercooker, microwave and fridge. Bathrooms and common area's cleaned very frequently. Staff welcoming and friendly. It was the first time for me staying in a capsule hotel, and it was a very good experience.

It's quite comfortable and offers a big space despite being a capsule hotel. The lights are dimmable and you control the air-conditioning speed. The toilet is in Japanese style with washing and drying modes. It was really clean and personal They were really kind and helpful
