Location was amazing. It was near the train station and easy to reach. Host was very good and prompt in reverting to our queries. It was totally value for money stay. I would recommend to anyone travelling to Zell Am See.

A house is a fantastic option for groups/families, excellent location, dining room like in the hotels and very simple and clean. Sandra, as a manager, is always at your disposal for anything concerning your stay. Parking spaces in front of the house.

Our trip to Zell am See was perfect, due largely to our stay with 4 SEASON LODGE. This has been our favorite property we've stayed at in all of our trips to Zell am See (~2x per month) currently based in Munich, so it is a favorite getaway). If you're lucky enough to find this property available to book for an upcoming trip you have to the area (whether for winter sports, a weekend getaway, or an extended holiday), take my advice: book it now before someone else does! :) A few of the main reasons we rated 5/5 stars: • prime location with easy access to ski lifts, downtown area, train station, buses, etc. • private driveway with parking for multiple vehicles • exceptional customer service • responsive host • easy check-in / check-out process • high-end furnishings • spacious rooms with multiple bathrooms (& half-bathroom on first floor) • private balconies for 2 rooms on the top floor providing breathtaking views of the area & the gorgeous sunrise over the lake • tons of windows w/ blinds throughout the home to capture nature light (equipped with separate inner & outer window throughout, each able to be opened or closed to control the interior temperature) • thoughtful touches throughout to make our stay at the property feel like home (e.g. heat turned on, coffee / tea / spices stocked, driveways & walkways shoveled prior to arrival, provided ample supply of cleaning supplies & toiletries for the duration of stay [dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.], intro made to point of contact prior to stay in case of unforeseen maintenance needs / emergency issues during stay, etc.) • great recommendations for & information about nearby attractions, points of interest, dining, & shopping

everything, the flat was spacious and clean and the big balcony and stunning view of the lake everything was perfect except for the weather was a bit hot
