We had a very comfortable stay at Beechen Lodges. The location is idyllic. It was lovely to see the horses, donkey, geese and pigs from the lodge. The owner is on the end of the phone if you need anything. She came up to us in the dark when we had a small problem with the door lock.

The owner John was brilliant. He carried our cases upstairs as we were unable to manage them. The room itself was brilliant. the breakfast was exceptional. We could not have asked for a better accommodation & service.

We were in Swanwick Marina working on a newly purchased boat and the hotel was well place to stay in between the two days. Very clean - very friendly and the pub (owned by the same people) was a very excellent location for a high quality straightforward meal after a hard day of work
