Very quiet place with excellent location near Borjomi, with a beautiful view of the mountains 😍 the owners are very caring, always in touch I recommend to relax there.

Everything about this cottage was truly amazing. It’s super clean & tidy, beautiful snow is all around it that makes the whole place feel peaceful and magical. The cottage itself was spotless, cozy, and very well taken care of. The decorations were adorable and perfectly Christmassy, which made the stay feel extra special and warm. I also loved the little details having a guitar and a drum inside was such a fun and unique touch that made the place feel lively and homey. The atmosphere was calm, comfortable, and simply wow.

Perfect place by all standards. The location is very special. Quiet and comfortable space and you can hear the sound of the nearby river. The chalet is elegant and fully equipped and there is clear attention to the smallest details. The lighting of the courtyard and the chalet is wonderful, giving it a special warm character and the cleanliness is complete. The people are very kind and generous. An unforgettable experience. The most beautiful days of vacation in Georgia were in this chalet. I advise everyone to try it

My stay at Kingswood felt like a small escape from the world. The cottage is surrounded by tall trees and fresh air – you wake up with birds singing. I really enjoyed having my morning coffee outside and walking around the area. The atmosphere was safe and very calm, which made it easy to fully relax. It’s the kind of place where you forget about your phone and just enjoy the moment.

The cottage was extremely nice 😍 we loved it very much specially in the morning time it’s breathtaking. The host is very responsive and welcoming she was so kind.

The cottage is really clean, bright and equipped with everything you would require for a day or two's stay! The dedication the owner has shown in this stay is evident and truly remarkable. I would recommend by friends and family and definitely would come back to stay with a second thought. The owner speaks english and its easy communication for tourists. The view is amazing and the premises and cottage are exactly as shown in booking.com. Nothing hidden. You get what you see in the internet. And worth the money. We stayed here for 2 nights in March 2025 mid. The cottage is perfect for couples.
