Great location, very close to the sea. The host was friendly and helpful. The water was always hot, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the kitchen was nice and convenient. We were a bit noisy at times, but there were no complaints and everything went smoothly. Overall, a very good stay.

Beautiful home with lots of space, it was 35 degrees almost every day and the house stayed so cool. Great air conditioning in the living room enough to reach each of the rooms if you left it running for 30 minutes but we didn’t even need it. The house is set back in the shade and stays cool throughout the hot summer days and nights. 5 minute walk to the beach with free umbrellas and sunbeds, you don’t even need to buy a drink ! Sikia is one of the only places in Sithonia that isn’t overrun with tourists and feels like a true getaway. Walking distance from the beach, bakery and meat market. 5 minute drive from the beautiful village of Sikia and a 15 minute walk along the beach to 2/3 amazing tavernas! Don’t listen to the negative reviews, this place is a gem.

The row houses are built in a very smart way, providing maximum privacy and conform, with all amenities needed. There is a nice terrace towards the garden, providing extra sitting and eating space. The whole property is secured by visitors only access, with plenty of shaded parking space. Marina has been a great host, providing complementary gifts and helpful advice about places to visit, shop and eat.
