Kanonika Homes Captain’s Cabin is the definition of a summer retreat, a perfect place for those who wish to enjoy their holidays in peace and autonomy in a uniquely beautiful place. It sits off the beaten path,at the top of a hill, right over a small rocky beach. It is 60 sq. m. and built in a very interesting way. Important note: Captain's Cabin has one bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom at the top floor with a double bed and a door that closes, and the 2nd couple sleeps in the middle level that has no door (separated by a panel of curtains only from the rest of the house), has a queen bed (160cmX200) and they use the bathroom at the ground floor.The 5th guest sleeps on the couch in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a living room with a fireplace. There are also two separate patios one right in front of the house with sitting benches built of stone and a pergola for shade where one can enjoy the awesome view of the sea and the magical sunset and another on the side of the house also shaded by a pergola which offers a more private relaxing spot with BBQ facilities. The house is part of a complex of 5 houses on a large property with a massive olive tree in the middle of the shared garden. There is parking space for up to two cars. On the shared space of the garden there are outdoor showers to wash off the salt of the sea before heading back to the house.

Location: Tripotamos Beach (3 km outside of Neos Marmaras). The house is the corner house of a complex of 5 independent houses. The complex is located in front of the sea, just 3 km from the cosmopolitan village of Neos Marmaras village and close to some of the nicest beaches in Halkidiki.
