Cabins in Wexford

We had a fun stay. Very clean. Easy check in process. We appreciated the water bottles and coffee/tea service. It was a pleasant stay. Im not sure if there were other guests because it was so quiet. We had lots of room for our whole family to eat and gather in our room...our teens stayed in a separate space that was also very nice. There are shops, pubs, and restaurants a few feet away.

This is a lovely B&B in a beautiful garden setting and located way back from the main road, so no noise from traffic. Chatting with the guests at breakfast was also a bonus, which doesn't happen in larger establishments. Claire, the owner is always present and has a lovely warm personality.

Just perfect. Owner very comunicative with local suggestions. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Safe, quiet and well situated. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Quiet, comfortable, cosy and well equipped

We liked everything about this property. The host was absolutely amazing and left a lovely welcome note along with some cookies, bottles of water and even some milk in the fridge. Everything was labeled and everything was explained better than any other property I’ve ever been to. Incredible host.

We had a wonderful stay at Cara’s Cabin with our two daughters, ages 6 and 7. The location was peaceful and magical-nestled in the trees and surrounded by forest trails. We enjoyed multiple hikes right from the property, and the girls spent hours playing in the yard in front of the cabin, completely immersed in nature. The cabin itself was cozy and well-appointed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the natural cross-breeze kept the temperature perfect during our stay. It truly felt like a quiet little oasis just outside the city. Our hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their warmth and hospitality added something special to our trip, and we’re so grateful we had the chance to get to know them. We highly recommend Cara’s Cabin for anyone visiting the Wexford area, especially families looking for a calm, nature-filled retreat.
