We were hiking to Lago Nero the next day so the location was perfect for us! The chalet was very cute and the hotel next door was very helpful for coffee in the morning and a small grocery selection!

This cute little house in the middle of Nowhere high up on a hill was exactly what we needed to get away from the huzzle and buzzle of city life. It was simply beautiful, and the views from the terrace were stunning. One could look over the valleys or see the village of Montefegatesi "glued" to the mountain. The house was super cozy, and everything was there what one needed. The host was very responsive, and the keys were left in a box with a code provided just before our arrival. Very easy and convenient. As explained in the description, one needed good driving skills as the roads were very windy and narrow - one should not be in a rush (which only adds to your holiday experience!).
