Very nice place, and Ms. Ulricha was a super host. She was so kind and willing to help us book taxi's, answer questions we had, provide info on nearest coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. She was available almost 24/7. She even stayed late the day of our arrival making sure we got to the hotel because I was extremely confused and turned around on how to get there.

The apartment was amazing. There was lots is space for my family of 4. My son and mother in law each had their own room. The living room was the perfect spot for our Christmas morning festivities. We loved having the kitchen to use, and it was a really nice kitchen! The bathrooms were well maintained. All our showers had hot water. And there was also private parking which was SO helpful! My family and I loved this apartment. And it was about a 15-20 minute walk to the Duomo, depending on your stamina and walking speed. Matteo, the owner and host was absolutely amazing. He was so friendly and kind. Would recommend his property to anyone looking to stay in Florence.

Beautifully kept apartment and lovely hostess. Parking available and the location was super convenient! A 10 rating would be too little.
