Cabins in Ortisei

The staff was above and beyond. We have stayed at many Four Seasons hotels / luxury hotels and this staff was “authentic” not “in your face” but noticed when you needed their services. We will most definitely return multiple times. It truly was worth our “time”. Luica the manager of the main restaurant…..they are blessed to have her, she is truly caring about “you”!

Clean and tidy appartment in the heart of Urtisie just walking distance from the city center, nice view from the balcony. i liked most that each room is a master room , fully equiped kitchen , the host and all the team were welcoming and supportive

Very cozy boutique hotel for just five rooms with a very special service. Owners of the hotel are always there making sure the guests are comfortable, everyone is very helpful, friendly and nice. Much nicer and warmer experience than what you might get at bigger hotels. Amazing spa zone. Ski in and ski out. 5-10 minutes drive to ski lifts and rental locations, where the hotel stuff can take you by a van, also pick up.

I had an amazing stay. Bianca was very friendly and was helpful and supportive. The location of villa was great just 5 minutes of the center. The villa was very clean and well equipped with everything you need. I am will stay again in the same villa for sure.

Signora Linda was the heart and soul of this place. Her warmth and care made us feel less like hotel guests and more like grandchildren visiting their beloved grandmother for a week. The hotel itself is beautiful, cozy, spotless, and aesthetically charming. Our room was cleaned every day, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. The location was also very convenient, with a supermarket and a bus stop just next to the hotel, which made everything even easier during our stay. And the view from our room… simply breathtaking. Waking up to the Dolomites every day felt like a dream

The apartment was beautiful and like brand new. Very spacious and fittingly decorated the location was excellent for walking to the town or to any other lifts into the mountains.

everything. amazing spa and living space. exceptionally finished, modern, private resort complex. took a couple try’s to learn how to work all of the high end accommodations, like the incredible coffee machine, sauna, infrared therapy, second set of jet controls on the opposite corners of the hot tub, etc. but it was my personal challenge, not a function of the facility. for example, when there is a red indicator on the front of the coffee machine, it may be time to empty the container underneath and behind the spout of used coffee grounds. Katia is a fabulous host and was very patient with our inability to speak a lick of italian.

We had a wonderful 2-week staying staying at this property. Simon and Marion were genuinely hospitable and helpful. We would love to come back again in the future.
