Great find. Too bad we did not reserve even earlier. Amazing place for our family. The beach, the nature, the food, the tranquility. And the transparency in pricing was also a great thing, given Zanzibar as a whole is tourist hell.

If you are looking to be out in nature, this property offers a nice quiet tropical retreat atmosphere. They have a restaurant, bar and access to the beach along with WiFi in the room. They offer taxi service that costed $20 to Stone Town and $20 to return with the taxi waiting until you finish your tour or activity of choice with no extra charge. Omar was also helpful and accommodating.

Fumba Beach Lodge is set on the secluded Fumba beach peninsula within the Menai beach conservation area. It features a spa, swimming pool and a private beach area.
