The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The location was superb if you like being a bit out of the city centre. Sapa town is quite loud and busy and Laxsik is down the road and set amongst the rice fields and is much quieter. It’s about 20 minute ride into town and the hotel is excellent at arranging rides into town, and once you are in town there are plenty of taxis and electric cars that can take you back. Our room was very large and had a beautiful balcony we would often sit on. The pool was also fantastic to go into after a long day of hiking with a local villager arranged by the hotel. As was the dinner at the restaurant at the hotel as we were too tired to go too far for dinner after our hike! Would highly recommend staying here.

Service and the kindness of staffs

Duc our host and owner was amazing, he was one of the fastest responders throughout our whole trip in Vietnam and he arranged transfers etc. They have a beautiful place with a beautiful garden and super cute dogs to welcome you. His father also is around and is a great fatherly figure taking care of the garden and offering you tea. We were unlucky with the weather so we couldn't enjoy the homestay a lot (cold rainy and foggy).

We like everything about it. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The ambience was so relaxing. We also love the staff who were so accommodating, nice and helpful. They made sure that our stay would be 10/10. We had this order-all-you-can breakfast, and the food were superb. We just want to go back again to Sapa and stay longer in this place.

Good location, clean place and hot water

All the best words for this property already said. Central hotel, nearby church, SunPlaza, Market, Restaurants, shops..But the most thing about this hotel is staff. They did great jobs, understand and do the best thing for customers in their abilites. Room was cleaned, wifi so strong, wonderful breafast, bed very comfortable and hot bathtub with much hot water. After we checked out, we could leave luggages in hotel and rest in the lobby until night train.

Top to bottom everything was great. Staff made sure everything was perfect and made our stay really enjoyable.

Quick reply when I need any further info. The staff is helpful and kind. The room is adorable, nice view and nice location. The place is clean. Pho which they provide for breakfast is tasty.

Great place & great views!

It was super clean. Food was amazing. The view was insane. Su the owner was one of the best. She made sure everything is super convenient for us to enjoy our stay. She also arranged for us all taxis and also an amazing loop to explore the beauty of sapa. Thank you Su for being amazing and for your great hospitality.

Clean, nice staff and best view

Stunning views in a tucked away private location . Staff were so friendly and helpful and food was delicious. Smoothies amazing . The taxi service was prompt and efficient. The facilities looked brand new and top notch .

What a wonderful property set in rice fields just outside of Sapa. We loved the fact that we could wander down to the Y Linh Ho villages nearby. A Grab was 10 minutes to Sapa. We enjoyed the meals, individual cabanas, and the guest fire pit in the outside common area.

It is great location and very friendly staff

Thanh is an amazing host - very kind, attentive, and an amazing cook! Thank you Thanh! The room was large, clean, and comfortable, and the location was great for easy access to the village - I definitely recommend.

We loved the location, and De was very helpful. We were only planning on staying 2 nights, but ended up staying a few extra days. There are some nice hikes that you can start right from the homestay.

I love the location. It's really quiet in the valley. I'm so glad I chose this to staying in Sa Pa. Highly recommend this homestay. It's just so nice sitting on the balcony looking at open space for miles! The dinner is more of a banquet and you eat like a king. The whole table was full of amazing fresh food. The host works very hard to ensure everyone has a good and cared for stay.

It had amazing views and very accommodating owners. The dog was very cute. It was also very close to the town.

The staff were amazing, made us really feel at home. The area was beautiful with a vegetable garden you can help yourself too. As well as this we were given a selection of food items daily.

Truly excellent restaurant and homestay! Chung and Tu and their daughter are the sweetest family and excellent chefs. We loved watching them cook together in the kitchen and get to reap the delicious benefits of their hard work! Make sure to try the Bo luc lac chay and the ginger tea, made with ginger pulled directly from the soil of their beautiful farm. But really everything on the menu is great. We loved staying here for two nights, hiking around the hills during the day, and relaxing around the beautiful property in the evenings. Cherry on top: best shower of our 2 months in SE Asia!
