Unfortunately i didn't order a breakfast But the place is fabulous & i saw some few different animals that's what i like the most

This lodge is in a truly exceptional location – right on the banks of the Crocodile River, just minutes from Crocodile Bridge, where we exited Kruger National Park. The views from the terrace are absolutely breathtaking! In the mornings we could watch different antelopes coming to the river to drink – what an unforgettable experience. The cottage itself is full of character and beautifully designed, with every detail thought through. Our room was stunning – the best accommodation we had during our 5-day safari. Super comfortable bed and pillows, soft linen, hot water, quality toiletries – even mosquito spray was provided. Everything was perfect. The service was outstanding. The gentleman who welcomed us, assisted during dinner and breakfast, and bid us farewell was truly remarkable – such politeness, gentleness, and care. He made us feel special and looked after, not just like another guest. The food was delicious, and we highly recommend the optional dinner – every dish was excellent. We only stayed one night, but it was far too short. We are already dreaming of coming back for a longer stay!

I had an overall really nice stay at Serenity Du Bois Lodge. I really enjoyed to stay in that 178m2 bedroom that had a balcony where you could see the animals passing around 😄 There was also a public kitchen which was very good because it had multiple fridges, kitchenwares and all the things you want to make your breakfast ☺ The WIFI was okay. Special mention to the host who was a very nice woman, always there to help and make you feel good! May Jesus bless her abundantly 😊 Btw guys, you can book a safari at Kruger Park directly by the intermediate of the Lodge, they also propose pick up services so ask the host for further information about it.

The staff is always ready to help, they really go the extra mile. The food is very good and varied. The safari is wonderful!!!

The property is fantastic! Thank you for the great accommodation, feels like home. The lady who takes care is amazing. Very closed to crocodile bridge gate about 20 min and about 30-35 min away from Malalena gate. The room was very comfortable and area around the house was quite and see some animals was a plus to our trip. I’ll definitely recommend this place for everyone. Nice, clean, comfortable ☺️

The food, decor, location and staff!

The food was great, especially the ribs. It was very pleasant seeing the animals around the lodge. It was fantastic swimming at night. I highly recommend going there if you want to be surrounded by nature

This is like being home with a loving and caring family. Absolutely magnificent stay at Val and Neil’s! If we could go here every month, we’d do so. Amazing service, amazing food, amazing stories, amazing nature!

The place has all the convenience for a self catering accommodation. The host went out of his way to equip the house with all the necessary kitchen appliances and equipments. The place is clean, secure and feels like a home.

I’ve stayed in plenty of boutique and hotel-style accommodations in Marloth Park, and Singwe Lodge is by far the most superior experience I’ve had. The private rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need. The shared social spaces are just as impressive — from the pool area to the library room, all offering absolutely stunning private parkland views that make you feel immersed in nature while still enjoying a refined, modern setting. The furniture and finishes are contemporary yet warm, perfectly suited to the bush environment. What truly sets Singwe apart, though, is the staff — incredibly respectful, genuinely friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay special. I also really appreciated the lodge’s strong respect for nature and conservation. There is a clear emphasis on quiet, mindful living and respectful behaviour, not only towards other guests but, more importantly, towards the surrounding wildlife and natural environment. That balance between comfort and conservation is something that truly elevates the experience. I love the boutique setup and the flexibility it offers, including the option to enjoy breakfast or opt out depending on your plans. It’s the kind of place that feels both luxurious and relaxed. I will definitely be back, and next time I plan to book out the entire manor with friends so we can fully enjoy the self-catering options and flexibility together. A truly exceptional stay.

The owner, Stu, makes you feel like you are at home. He truly goes out of his way to make sure all your needs are met, nothing is too much for him.

The artwork inside the house is amazing, triple story with amazing views from the top. Like a free AC unit with the wind blowing up there. Spacious and very private

The property was so beautiful. I loved waking up in nature, seeing the scenery, and the gorgeous woodworking. Maybe we got lucky but there weren’t many other guests in the lodge which made it feel so peaceful. I think because most people do long day safaris, we were lucky to use the pool often but sometimes having to share it which led to nice conversations. The dinners were DELICIOUS and the staff was so so kind! They always seemed happy to see us and ask about our days. The property is quiet and a beautiful place for stargazing. They have a bush baby house near the dinner tables so we had a little friend come up to us every dinner. I wouldn’t want to stay any where else!

It's far from most things but good company

Compliments to the team at Croc Orvyll’s Lodge. They are friendly, accommodating and helpful at all times; both with a lovely mannerism. This studio unit attached to the bigger house, is nestled privately in the heart of the bush with large glass doors providing views of the veld outside. Modern built with a thatch roof, and beautiful interior & decor with quality bedding. The kitchen, with all the needed amenities, has indoor and outdoor seating. One gets spoiled by the many wildlife sightings within the park: kudu, warthogs, duiker, 'Bambi' deer, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, velvet monkeys, bush babies, etc. Hidden gems also welcome any bird lover. The walking/4x4 trail next to the Kruger fence, alongside the Crocodile River, is any sunrise and sunset lover's dream! The property provides safe, covered parking and a braai area to enjoy those bush fire evenings. Thank you, Candace and Zamma for being such a professional and valuable crew

This house is great! Our family of 5 had such a comfortable stay here. Loved the layout of the home. All the decor is very authentic and unique. Beds are so cozy with refreshing ac in the bedrooms, making for a very restful nights sleep. The outdoor pool area very relaxing on a hot day.
