This place is so peaceful and beautiful! The host was friendly and welcoming. Our cabin turned out to be way more spacious and comfortable than we had imagined. Everything was clean and well equipped. The alpacas are of course really fun to watch. I really want to come again and stay longer!

We loved our stay here. It's a beautiful location in the national park surrounded by nature. Stuart the host elevates the experience, he's great fun and a mine of information. You have to understand that these are a number of co-located small lodges and manage expectations around this. We were travelling with our 2 sons. We had a lodge with an ensuite bathroom, they had one with a kitchen but no bathroom. There is a well equipped kitchen/ dining and shower unit in the centre of the camp with fridges for food. It was very clean. Kept tidy, comfy beds and good showers. What is really lovely is sitting on our veranda listening to the birds, you are just feet away from the wildlife. It's a great location if you want to explore the national park. It's great fun getting a water taxi and exploring sections along the Abel Tasman way or getting kayaks.
