An absolute delight being in such a fabulous house that hasn't had its historic charm altered, among beautiful antiques. We arrived after dark and woke to an incredible view out a giant window in the room. Tatia was wonderfully friendly and accommodating... Woke to fresh baked scones! The property and surroundings were beautiful and my dog and I had a nice morning walk down the tree lined lane...like being in a Jane Austin novel. They were so generous letting us interact with their antiques and wander freely ...what a treat. Lovely hostess.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights for our anniversary. We wanted to visit Cooperstown and the surrounding area (it was off season so things were pretty quiet). The rental was clean, cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was a smart TV in the living room, and wifi available. Our only wish was more water pressure in the shower. The farm was a really unique setting with cows, sheep, chickens, goats and cats and dogs right outside your door. We were provided a tour by the owner's young son who did a great job showing us around. The owners were responsive, friendly and not intrusive. It was a great experience! It would be great for families with kids as well. We really liked the farm stand, where we purchased some local goodies. 🙂
