We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The place is very good, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. It’s great for barbecues, and we had an amazing time as a group of 12 — there was more than enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably. They are still working on improving the recreational area, including football and padel tennis, and we can’t wait to come back once everything is ready. There are also a few animals on the property, which the kids really enjoyed seeing. Overall, it was a fantastic trip and everyone had a great time. The caretaker was very friendly and accommodating, helping us arrange whatever we needed. They even allowed us to extend our checkout since we had kids and a long drive back to Dubai. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at this villa in Ras Al Khaimah. The place is spacious, clean, comfortable, and perfect for families or groups. The kids loved swimming in the pool and had plenty of space to play safely. A special thanks to the staff for being so accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. This place is a gem. Very quiet in the mountains and all the amenities: fridge, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, barbecue, AC, heater and WiFi. It was also very clean. Sultan, the owner is lovely and extremely helpful. I would just suggest to drive slowly on the way as I was driving at average speed and got a flat tire, thankfully Sultan and Nasser helped me. Definitely a must do in the UAE if you want peace and quiet.

Stayed at Project Adam and left feeling completely refreshed. The villa is incredibly quiet and relaxing, surrounded by nature. There are lots of fitness facilities. The host puts a lot of effort into serving healthy, delicious meals—our dinner and breakfast were truly outstanding. A great place for anyone needing a peaceful getaway.
