Everything is new and clean (just like in the photos) The city center is 15 mins walking distance. The breakfast was more than plentiful and the personnel very friendly.

My wife and I visited Berat from Belgium and had a wonderful stay at Kremelo Hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The owners were very kind and always ready to help with recommendations and anything we needed during our stay. The room was modern, quiet, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after exploring the beautiful city of Berat. We also appreciated the great hospitality and warm atmosphere. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Albania and would gladly stay here again. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

My hosts were very good people and my room was immaculately clean. Their English was poor but they were very helpful to me including personally driving me to the bus station on the morning I left Berat.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Citadel in Berat. The hotel is brand new, and everything felt fresh, modern, and exceptionally well maintained. The interior design is beautiful, with great attention to detail, and everything is perfectly organized and in its place. The rooms were stunning, comfortable, and very welcoming. The mattress, pillows, and bed linens were of outstanding quality and gave me one of the best nights of sleep I have ever had in a hotel. The swimming pool is large, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with a great selection of fresh products and local specialties. The staff were kind, professional, and always ready to help. A special thank you goes to the manager, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we enjoyed every moment of our stay. I highly recommend Hotel Citadel to everyone, whether traveling with family, as a couple, or with friends. It offers comfort, quality, and exceptional hospitality. We will definitely be coming back!

Everything was perfect to be honest . For couples and families everything was well organized the rooms were very new and modern. The location was on top of, within 3 minutes walking distance from the city centre and was flat . I highly recommend it !

Everything exceeded expectations, new rooms, new Sweedish beds, bathrooms were modern and immaculate, breakfast was fresh and tasty, whole family enjoyed our stay and breakfast.

What I liked the most was the room design. The place has so much character, modern with a soft touch of vintage style. Velvety beds, go figure 😍. I just loved the leather couch from the hallway and the garden (but I didn't have enough time to drink my coffee there, like I wished). And the room balcony is bigger than life, it stretches over the two sides of the room.

We basically liked everything about the place. It was exceptionally clean! The owner was very kind to us. He came very late to let us in and also gifted us with a bottles of water - all the shops nearby were closed already. Highly recommend!
