Everything starting from its location to its cleanliness and the wounderful staff! Everyone is so friendly and professional. Tea at the reception was of a great help for us as a first time visitor and gave us all the directions. The staff at the breakfast are as well so nice and friendly, Irini, Sofia and Skerdi and the others even. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Walking distance from the boulevard and all the restaurants, shops, market. There are even many car rental shops next to it, we rented a car from the car rental shop facing the hotel and with a free parking at the hotel this was very convenient. Thanks for everyone

We really liked the hotel. Owners and staff made us feel like we are their family. We stuck in the mountain road because of the flat tire without internet and they saved us from this terrible situation. They helped us so much. They also gave us good recomendations about the region. Besides, hotel is totally brand new and sparklingly clean. It also has a great sea view. I would come here again for sure without thinking twice.

You can have a great holiday in Sarande.

You can have a great holiday in Sarande. Beach-hoppers can choose from various day trips, including ones to Butrint for history buffs and the Blue Eye for those who want to see the sights. Ksamil is not far away, and during high season, the ferry to Corfu makes several trips every day. There is a lot to do in Sarande itself. There is a public beach that is busy and clean, and some hotels also have their beaches. There are also many places to eat and drink across the resort. My tip — stay closer to the port, away from the noise and crowds of the main promenade, but still close enough to walk to.

What we liked the most about Sarande was the cristal clear water and the fact that we felt always safe there. What we hated was the traffic and the crowds at night ,very busy sidewalks at least in July.

Sarande is absolutely beautiful and truly breathtaking!

Sarande is absolutely beautiful and truly breathtaking! We loved the stunning beaches, and everyone we met was so kind, welcoming, and treated us with great respect. The local food was delicious and full of flavour. We enjoyed every moment here. We were unable to do as many activities as we had planned because of the storm that hit just before we arrived, but even so, our stay was lovely and we still had a wonderful time. would definitely love to come back and visit Sarande again soon! 🌸💃

Decent restaurants in the town.

Decent restaurants in the town. Butrint Archaeological Park is definitely worth a visit, as is the Blue Eye and Lekuresi Castle (which has a great restaurant with a terrace and awesome views). Avoid Ksamil, though, which is a soulless tourist trap with overcrowded beaches.

Sarandë is a lively seaside city with beautiful turquoise water, a vibrant atmosphere, and plenty of restaurants, cafés, and beach bars. It is a great base for exploring southern Albania, especially places like Ksamil and the Blue Eye. The public beaches are not particularly well maintained or equipped, but private beaches are widely available and reasonably priced. Renting a sunbed and umbrella is definitely worth it for the extra comfort and the overall experience. The beaches in Sarandë are nice, but in our opinion, the ones in Ksamil are even more beautiful, with clearer water and a more tropical feel. Prices are generally reasonable, especially for food and beach clubs, making Sarandë a good-value destination. One thing to be aware of is the traffic. Driving can be quite chaotic, and many drivers seem to ignore traffic rules, even in situations where police are present. If you plan to rent a car, it’s worth driving defensively and being prepared for a different driving culture. Overall, Sarandë is a great destination if you’re looking for a combination of beaches, good food, and easy access to some of the most beautiful spots in southern Albania.

My favorite spots in Sarandë were the seaside promenade, the beautiful beaches, and the city center, where everything was close by. I had a great meal at Oda e Babës, a traditional restaurant with delicious Albanian food and excellent service. Getting around Sarandë was very easy because most places were within walking distance, and taxis were readily available when needed. For young couples, I recommend relaxing on the beach, taking an evening walk along the promenade, enjoying local restaurants and cafés, watching the sunset by the sea, or taking a boat trip to nearby beaches and islands.

When I locked my keys inside at 3:00 am, the team responded immediately with a spare key. Check-in was seamless, and they were always available to answer questions. The suite was comfortable, spotless, and full of beachy vibes — perfect for a summer stay. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Saranda. Highly recommended! 🌟

Our stay at Hotel Teuta was wonderful. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. The road to get there is a bit bumpy and hilly, but that’s to be expected in Saranda and didn’t take away from the experience. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and we truly enjoyed our time here.

Had a great stay at Leon Hotel in Saranda. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly, and the sea view was amazing. The hotel is also very close to the center, which made it easy to explore the city. Would definitely recommend it!
