The staff were great and very helpful. They constantly suggested what to do and where to visit. They had a major impact on our enjoyable visit to Albania despite having difficulties.

Location is good right on the beach, value for money and helpful staff.

We were a family of six. We booked two suite rooms. When we arrived we didn't like that there was no sea view and they immediately expressed a desire to help and gave us the option of changing rooms. The hotel is new and so is the staff, everything is clean and well maintained. The food is excellent, both at a rich breakfast and in the restaurant at dinner. There is a beach not far from the hotel. For those with a car, this is an excellent hotel. We really liked the atmosphere and design.

The hotel building has these gorgeous shuttered windows that give it real character. Photographs amazingly.

A clean and central hotel. Staff were very friendly and went over and above to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay with a baby, including providing us with a car seat and offering to sterilise bottles. Clean and well maintained and the breakfast each morning was excellent (nothing like earlier reviews I had seen).

My Fiancé and I stayed at Joelle Hotel for 8 nights and I was so sad to leave! Hotel staff are very welcoming, friendly, and property overall is extremely clean! Breakfast was delicious and dinner was outstanding! Atmosphere was aesthetically pleasing & overall beautiful! The Deluxe King Room with Sea View (5th Floor) was absolutely gorgeous! The private beach access, lounge bar and canopy beds was the cherry on top! If you’re thinking about booking, DO IT! Whether your stay is for business or to simply relax and enjoy beautiful Sarande, Joelle Hotel is the place to be. All I can say is, Albania will forever have my heart. The staff at this hotel was absolutely lovely. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable: helped us find parking, provided us with a cork screw for wine we brought to the room, offered fresh fruits growing on the property.... we had an excellent stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel is well located. Thank you!

Absolutely loved this hotel. Such an amazing location, lots of bars, restaurants & the center of the city just 5min away. I loved the room, everything was super new and they cleaned it everyday for my 3 days stay. Breakfast was provided as well downstairs if paid. Totally recommend to stay here, and will be back every time I’m in Durres.

Great experience staying at this hotel, everything was superb! Staff is really helpful and friendly. Pool water was crystal clear. Definitely a come back hotel.

Excellent hotel with spacious room and few steps from the beach, outstanding experience

The breakfast each morning was definitely the highlight of our honeymoon stay at Nobus Hotel. The options were amazing and the rooftop had beautiful views of the Adriatic. We booked a room with a private pool and it was a great experience.

We were greeted by Kevin who very helpful and polite. The room was great but the view was spectacular. We came for our 40th wedding anniversary but didn’t mention it but we were presented with a bottle of bubbly as a lovely gesture.

Everything starting from its location to its cleanliness and the wounderful staff! Everyone is so friendly and professional. Tea at the reception was of a great help for us as a first time visitor and gave us all the directions. The staff at the breakfast are as well so nice and friendly, Irini, Sofia and Skerdi and the others even. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Walking distance from the boulevard and all the restaurants, shops, market. There are even many car rental shops next to it, we rented a car from the car rental shop facing the hotel and with a free parking at the hotel this was very convenient. Thanks for everyone

My stay at San Angelo Hotel in Sarandë was simply unforgettable. I’ve traveled to 35 countries, and without a doubt, this was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. From the very first moment, the staff made all the difference — a special mention to Helena, Caroline, Marco, and Tana, who were incredibly attentive, kind, and professional. They truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect in every detail. The breakfast is impressive, with plenty of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The pool is absolutely surreal, with stunning views that make you want to stay there forever. Watching the sunset from the hotel is an experience on its own — simply spectacular. The location couldn’t be better: close to everything, including the port, which makes it very convenient. On top of all that, the whole team is always willing to make your stay even more special. I have absolutely no doubts: I will definitely be coming back to San Angelo Hotel.

The room had a very nice view. The food at the restaurant was very good and cheap in comparison with the others around there. Overall price for money is definitely worth it.

I contacted the hotel several times before with questions and always received a prompt and nice answer. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Beach is right in front and this place is simply beautiful for couples.
