We stayed here 3 nights . We loved it. The service is exceptional. Parking is included. Had alot of meals at the restaurant. All staff were very helpful. Oscar and Lilas at the restaurant were our favourites. The included breakfast were good and the coffee was great. We highly recommend. The weather for April was exceptional and the quality price ratio was very hard to beat. We had a room with hot tub that we enjoyed.

The staff at the complejo roccatini showed us the best service that I’ve experienced at a hotel so far. When we arrived, we got a bunch of recommendations for activities and restaurants in Carlos Paz that were super helpful. The breakfast was delicious and fast, and the rooms were super clean.

Juliette was charming and available and her assistant, patient with my basic Spanish, helped us whenever we needed. Breakfast was quite good and could be brought to the room or eaten in a lovely porch. The entire place is really welcoming, decorated with Juliettes taste and there is a sitting room for just relaxing and tea or coffee any time of the day All in all, the stay was a pleasure!!
